I want to get this blog rolling and share with you the products I'm loving at the moment!
Here is a collective photo of my current faves!
Soap & Glory - Hand Food-
I was never really drawn to soap & glory products as I thought the packaging was a bit 'gimmicky' but after hearing lots about their products I decided to purchase this hand cream and I have to say I'm impressed! It contains shea butter and macadamia oil and leaves your hands soft and smooth! The scent is lovely too, smells just like perfume and people have commented on how nice it smells.I would say though it is quite small packaging ( I'm not sure if they do a bigger size)so you do go through it quite quickly but to be honest its perfect to throw in your handbag and at £2.35 you cant really complain!
Natural Collection- Passionfruit Body Spray-
I really like this body spray, I think its lovely and light for summer, a nice fruity fragrance for spritzing throughout the day when you need to freshen up rather than taking a perfume bottle with you! They come in lots of different scents, I also have the mango and papaya one which I like but my boyfriend doesn't so I've been using the passion fruit one most of the time! I've had it a while now and been spraying it near enough every day and hardly any of it has gone down which is a bonus so it will last me a good while yet! yaaaaaay :)
Vaseline- Rosy Lips-
I know this product is nothing exciting and just your everyday lip balm but I think lip balm is essential for everyone especially if you have dry lips like me! I have been getting a lot of use out of this recently, I do have just the plain Vaseline but I like this one during the day if you don't want to wear any lipstick, you can just put this on and it gives colour to your lips while moisturising them and smells nice at the same time! Perfect!
TIGI- S Factor- Smoothing Lusterizer
This is the first TIGI product I have purchased and for a start I LOVE the packaging. It's really different and funky! You can use this product on wet or dry hair, I use it when my hair is wet and basically it smooths, defrizzes and tames your hair and adds shine! It smells of strawberry's aswell yum!! Now I first heard about this product in one of Jessie J's interviews she said this is what she uses to make her hair so sleek and shiny and I just had to have it! Her hair is amazing and if its good enough for her then its good enough for me!! When I first went to put it in my hair I noticed it had shimmer in it, which I was a bit hesitant about but once its in your hair its not really obvious. I think that's what gives your hair the shine, because when the light hits your hair they reflect if that makes sense!
TRESemme- Silk Shine Finishing Spray-
I love this product for days when my hair is just dull and needs that extra boost! The scent is lovely and it really does what it says, adds shine to your hair! I also find with this product that if I haven't styled my hair and I spray this in and scrunch it, that it really adds some texture and body. I don't spray loads in though because it can tend to make your hair 'crunchy' which I don't want! but it is great for a pick me up and claims to also protect hair from heat damage!
XEN-TAN- Face Tanner Luxe
I'm really getting into fake tan recently. I've always been a bit funny when it comes to tanning my face because if it go's wrong then you cant exactly hide it!! but this fake tan I totally trust, it gives a really nice natural colour and is buildable, so most the time I apply it two days in a row if I want a darker colour. It smells like caramel absolutely gorgeous and is feels really moisturising when you apply it! I put it on just before bed and leave it on over night and wash it off in the morning and it just leaves you with a really healthy glow and I find when I have it on that it really evens out my skin, making it look in better condition than what it actually is.. WOOOO!!! haha!
Bourjois- Bronzing Powder & MAC brush 168
Last but not least, I have been loving these two beauty's which I use every day without fail. I have the bronzing powder in shade 51 and 52, but I prefer 52 as it adds more colour to my face, if I'm not wearing my fake tan I tend to look really washed out so this is a great pick me up and I think everyone loves the fact that it looks like chocolate right? how cute! although it doesn't smell of chocolate, it smells of lavender to me! I apply the bronzing powder to my cheeks bones with the MAC 168 ( sorry for the dirty brush in the picture, shows I get my use out of it though haha) this is the only MAC brush I own and I definatly would like some more, its super soft and is great for applying blusher and bronzer!
So thats it guys! oh my god I've just noticed how much I have rambled so sorry about that! but there just a few products I have been loving and getting my use out of this month!
